Buying new computer. - Frozen - 23-07-2013 09:11

Hello,

I'm planning to buy a new computer , in this case a Laptop.
Máx: 500-600€

I found this one: http://www.mediamarkt.nl/mcs/product/ACER-Aspire-V3-771-53236G50Makk,10259,350521,812323.html?langId=-11

Intel Core i5 and 6GB Ram ( 2,6Ghz or 3,2Ghz With Turbo )

I'm currently in the netherlands, hope someone can give me some tips before buying or just some links to good pcs within this price.

Many thanks

What you're planning to use it for? Gaming?

Also 15 inch screen is better on laptop, so the battery won't die so fast Tongue
I got 17 inch screen on my asus laptop
Battry lasts only 2h. Sadface

Sounds just fine. Happyface
Though I would go for a new generation i5 (preferably quad core), and a faster HDD.

Can you search one in mediamarkt.nl for me?Tongue

Within 500-600€ ?

I found a newer i5 version but that laptop haves 4 gb ram and a lower graphic card... doesn't sound that good

It would add quite some to the price though Tongue

What games are you going to play and on which settings?

RE: Buying new computer. - Frozen - 23-07-2013 10:18

Not sure,

So far i only play minecraft , lfs , and nothing else cause the actually pc i have didn't allow me to play other stuff...

A friend told me to search another graphic cause that one has shared memory and won't go 100% always , or something like that...

I was searching for AMD , but not sure , really confused now

If you want a gaming computer, I would go for a desktop.
Good gaming laptops are quite expensive.

gamepc.nl is a good online shop for gaming computers Happyface

Thing is , i dont have a "stable home" yet ,

so i need to purchase a fast and good laptop, since i dont have space for a desktop computer.

Also i need this new computer for study...
