June 29, 2011: You MUST record a laser before chasing when a cop. Does not matter if you lost it as long as it was recorded in the main chat.

Cola, I figured to make this thread for people like me, who don't notice the news at all.

I came across this when reviewing cop rules lol.

Seems pretty stupid tbh, a screenshot of what the insim tracked them as should be enough if (they usually do) they have the nerve to report them/ask for a refund :/

Well you can't see the insim in replays, an when it's not in chat you can't see it in chatlogs.

To be honest, its good that the rule came along. I was already 'wanting' a discussion with a cop, when he/she doesnt laser me, or having prove that I was speeding. 99% of the times, it ends up being a warning xD

Yeah, lol.

This rules clears it up, and so it's easier to deal with fraudulent traffic stops.
